So…you know how I’m always going off on my tirades about crunches being my most ‘despised’ exercise??? I’m always talking about writing an article called “Why Crunches are Bad”.

Remember, abdominal training should be FUNCTIONAL! And why on earth would we choose an exercise that not only is NOT functional, but also stresses our neck musculature in addition to putting so much compression on the spine??? Just my opinion.
