Here’s a Cool (and yes, very challenging) exercise for those of you who have access to a TRX Suspension Training System. It’s a Push Up/Saw/Pike Combo-CORE CITY Baby! If you don’t have access to a TRX, try the same combo on a stability ball. It’s a different ‘feel’ with the ball, but still a great core exercise.
