Especially for those of you who workout from home and have a BOSU Ball to train with. Here is one of many variations on the burpee using a BOSU ball. This version is considered intermediate. You should begin slowly and build speed and power as you gain comfort and confidence with the movement. Be sure you have lots of space around you.
