So I discovered a websited called loseit.com today. This is a great website that allows you to register for free. You will enter your current weight and a goal weight. You will then enter your food intake and daily exercise. Food input is easy as there is a database of foods to select from. Once you select what you have eaten, the site will apply the appropriate amount of calories ingested, etc. You will do the same for your exercise and activity each day.
You can track progress, view reports, graphs, etc. You can add friends, recieve tips and motivation, and you can particpate in online forums.
This program is also available as an app for your smart phone.
