I came across this 30 Day Clean Eating Detox via doctoroz.com. I think it’s a fantastic plan. Lots of variety. Recipes for every meal posted…it doesn’t get much easier to follow. I’ve decided to give it a try.
We always make time in the spring to clean up our yards, to purge and de-clutter our homes, to tidy and freshen our vehicles…why not do the same for our bodies??? My focus this month is to help get myself and my clients back on track with their health and fitness plans. And it starts with clean eating!
