This is a phenomenal combination exercise guaranteed to fatigue your core and challenge your upper body strength! If you find this position on the BOSU Ball hard on your wrists, try doing 12-15 push ups first, then dropping to your forearms in a plank position to complete the mountain climber/corkscrew combos.
You can aim to complete a specific number of combinations through or you can make this a timed drill and try to complete as many as you can in 60 secounds. Good luck š
